Next to the church is the Casa Grande, currently the seat of the Town Hall. It is a Renaissance building built in the 15th century, whose austere and sober character was in keeping with its traditional use as the Casa de la Tercia (where the tithes were deposited) and grain storehouse. It was later sold by the Order of San Juan to the Llamas family, who began to use it as a residence in the 18th century. It was extensively restructured in the last century, when the balcony on the main façade was added to give it greater prominence. Each of its four façade fronts is different, respecting only the symmetry of the openings in the different orders of the main façade. The building, recently refurbished, stands out for its beautiful overhanging eaves and the wrought ironwork of its windows.
